No cask. Single hand pump offering Doom Bar had the clip turned round. Keg offering of Guinness, Carling, SB original and dark fruits, Peroni, Madri, Coors, Asahi, Neck Oil, BrewDog Punk IPA, Camden Pale, BrewDog Hazy Jane and Tiny Rebel Cali Pale.

Have always liked this venue on classy Cathedral Road even though the beer choice is a bit average these days. Always been popular for people drinking outside the front in the small space between the pavement and the entrance. Inside, the bar counter is a right-angled glazed affair, with the area to the left of the entrance carpeted and offering a few booths and some wingback armchairs. The area in front of the bar is bare boarded and then on the right-hand side it becomes tiled with some benches in the front bay window before some leather banquettes against the wall opposite the bar counter with tall tables and high-backed leather stools the other side thereof. Behind the bar counter is a similarly configured (in terms of seating) area with a few TV screens and the odd fruit machine. The venue was busy on my early week, late evening, visit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Beverley

Slightly old-fashioned pub / hotel, with period furniture and decor in the various seating / dining areas around the central bar area. However, on a warm summer evening, most of the punters were out on the front patio. Three real ales on handpump - Rev James and two from Sharp's: Doom Bar and Coaster (£1.65, half).
