No cask ale. A few unused handpulls on each of the two bar counters. Keg offering of Thatchers Gold, Moretti, Guinness, Carling, San Miguel, Worthington CF, Coors, original SB and Sharps Atlantic Pale Ale.
Two bar venue on the main road through St Mellons where there are five pubs within a few mins walk of each other. This one was closed Monday evening earlier this week, so I thought I'd pop back to complete the set. Car park out the front and the bar counters are on the back wall facing the entrance. Left of the door is an old stone tiled floor space with regular tables and some tall tables in the two windows. A TV showing teatime game show and a pop soundtrack playing at a low volume. Right of the door is a boarded area with a couple of big armchairs facing the bar counter. Up a few steps to a space with a pool table and dartboard and a large cabinet containing a lot of silverware.
