A large, two-roomed town centre inn with lots of red leather sofas. The bar has two hand pumps facing each room, with four beers listed on a blackboard. The list did not match the beers available, but rather than changing the list, the barman gave a verbal correction to any customers that were interested, a situation that persisted still at my second visit later the same day. Beers actually available were Monty's Ding Dong (a seasonal beer), Brains Reverend James, Three Tuns Pale and Wye Valley Butty Bach.

There are stools at the bar for those who struggle getting into or out of red leather sofas, and the room is heated by a kitchen range. The other room has a pool table and a solid fuel stove. The fact that I called in twice in one day indicates that the beer was in good condition and the room not uncomfortable.
