Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Jenny Watts
Claims to be oldest bar in Bangor, and it certainly has a great traditional look both inside and out. Appears to have been a twin-bar pub originally, with another room behind, but it has been partially opened out to maximise space in what still remains a very compact layout (especially when the small raised seating area towards the back was filled with a five-piece jazz band, later joined by an elderly local who could still play a mean clarinet). The staff were friendly and efficient, and the place had a very good atmosphere. I had heard that it did real ale, but it took a minute to spot the solitary handpump around the side part of the bar which (was dispensing the local Whitewater 300, £3.50). Unfortunately, my pint wasn't in the freshest condition, but otherwise this is a splendid place and well worth seeking out.
