This is a two room pub with the bar counter set in between them. The two rooms have similar furnishings with a mix of wood floors, tiles and some sort of matting. There are solid wooden tables with chairs that rather look like they have been taken from a local school. There is a pool table at the rear of the right room. It was quiet on my Monday afternoon visit.
Although there are three hand pumps in the right bar and four in the left there were just 2 ciders and Conwy Welsh Pride. The Welsh Pride (£3.30) was in reasonably good nick.
Although not a bad place this one did seem rather battle wary and the beer was more expensive than most of Bangor but that may be down to it not being a mainstream national brand.
