Called in as I had finished my mining trail walk at Brea to find it's pub closed and needed a drink. The pub is on a main road and the bus stop outside is for a number of buses from towns in the area. There was one real ale on, Brains Le Peloton depicting the Tour de France, but it was served rather flat although the taste wasn't too bad.
The above was in July 12 and I called again yesterday after a walk. There were 3 ales on and I chose Wells Bombardier which was disgusting. They put loads in jugs and served me another but the extreme vinegar taste was still there. Got a Skinners Betty Stogs as replacement which was better.
