Excellent village pub with good selection of (local) real ales. Typical 'long' stone building with a series of bars and a games room, all nicely kept in a fairly traditional style. The friendly welcome extended to fetching the chosen ale from a new barrel, as the one on the pump had just gone off. Food sounded good but not sampled. Mind the car park, which is rather tiny, but plenty of spaces close by (or a convenient bus stop!). Recommended.
