Busy but basic single-room boozer. A freezing cold Hancocks was the only ale, served up in a Fosters glass. Sports-oriented place with pool, darts, large TV showing rugby and Liverpool FC ephemera including old signed shirts. Looked like the local footy team had decamped here after a game (not sure if they were the semi-famous Thursdays or not). Apparently there was a rear garden but we didn’t spot the access. Can’t envisage a return.
