A traditional, well-appointed and aged small town hotel, easy to find as it protrudes into the main road, with a maze of rooms and passageways leading into the interior. The pleasant bar is on the right side as you go in, lightly modernised but retaining a few original features. Draught beers were Gower Gold, Rev James and Double Dragon. Opens from 07.00 for breakfast.
