A square box of a place with the counter rear left, otherwise a very modernised interior. Three handpulls but perhaps due to a pending management change no cask beers were on, three T-bars give the usual sort of choice. There’s a couple of screens and machines, constant music at lowish level and a bit of an odd smell. The floor is split with laminate to the left and new stone flags to the right, it has a mix of decor with no overall theme, botany plus advertising plus old map plus old photos. Mix of furnishings too but mostly mid height tables and chairs, with lower ones to the front. Very quiet on my Saturday lunchtime visit.
