Requested be closed with reason - Gone away: There is no pub in this village. There are a number of new houses, any of which could be on the site of the former pub.

When I came here in 2012 I was unable to find the former pub, but with improvements in the amount of information available on the internet these days, I have now found it and photographed it. It was converted to housing in 2002, according to a plaque on the rear, and I would guess the building was enlarged somewhat. The front looks much the same as some old photos I have seen online, though the old front door is now a window.
