The pike and heron is a 1960s built pub in a small district shopping centre. The formerly affluent village of Tinsley is now a shadow of it's former self with ethnic minorities and unemployment dominating the district.
A chequred history with this premesis, if they were to clean up the grubby shopping parade and market widely, there could e a viable business here.
