Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Norfolk Arms
Very basic Craft Union corner local with three small seating areas (one slightly raised) around the counter to one side, with all parts having been given a simple refurbishment at some stage. No sign of any cask beer nowadays, but at least the John Smith's remarkably still only £1.15 for a half.

My first visit to the Norfolk Arms after nearly a quarter of a century living in Sheffield. At first the doorway was blocked by a couple of smokers, but after that I got a friendly welcome from customers and staff alike. Several women were dancing to Tamla Motown records and everyone was having a good time. No real ale (WhatPub says they have some on from Thursday each week, but this was a Sunday), so I had a choice of Stones or John Smiths, just like Alan did more than a decade ago. My half of Stones cost only £1.15, so how could I complain about it being pretty disappointing?
What's that? I should come back on a Thursday to check if there really is any real ale? Maybe next year.

The Norfolk Arms used to be a Stones tied house.
This pub is close to the markets and opens earlier than other pubs in this area.
Once inside here the bar faces you and i could only see the one room which was very busy just after 10.00 in the morning, there were no real ales on here i had a drink of keg Stones bitter which was'nt that good there was also the usuall John Smiths smooth crap.
