Strongers . left this review about The Grapes
The Grapes has multiple rooms and in the bar area is a wedge shaped serving counter that supports Standard keg alongside San Miguel and obviously Guinness in this Irish pub. I was surprised to see two hand pumps that were drawing Moonshine and Barnsley bitter. After an excellent pint of Barnsley in a pub earlier I had another excellent pint here, as well as a Guinness before making my way back to the Premier Inn. This was an excellent crawl, the people of Sheffield are blessed with great boozers, you lucky feckers.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Grapes
Old-fashioned side-street Irish pub retaining the family name of Flynn's on the sign and an interesting multi-room heritage interior that appears unchanged for many decades. The central counters serve two separate bars (each with their own door just behind the main entrance. Two side rooms as well, both full of memorabilia. Rear smoking terrace and more outdoor tables at a lower level in part of the car park. Just the unchanging Abbeydale Moonshine and Stancill's Barnsley Bitter (£4.00) on handpump, but at least the cask ale tradition is maintained.

A real old-school Irish pub this, with a few very traditional rooms around the cash only main bar. I sat in the Kennedy/Arctic Monkeys room and made use of the jukebox. Moonshine and Barnsley Bitter the only ales on but condition was fine and I really did like the pub, it just gave me a nice warm feeling.
