Old Boots left this review about Three Legs
This pub seems to have attempted a make over as an “Orish” pub, generally this is limited to a few signs, a big Magners Golden Draught keg fount and an Irish tricolour on the ceiling. Otherwise it's just an ordinary down market boozer with a mundane choice of keg beers. Unlike the fine exterior, the tongue and groove interior is of little note and the pub comprises one big open plan room with some sort of seating area down a few steps at the back. Considering the history of the pub all in all it's a sad end, someone should revive it or put it out of its misery.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Three Legs
A interesting-looking building, with some unusal detailing on the facade. However, on entering the central doorway under the Hardcastle & Kershaw 'Irish Ale House' signage, things are rather different. The 'J'-shaped bar has basic furniture and mixed decor, with some dull breweriana and a bit of memorabilia from - as the name would suggest - the Isle of Man. Raised seating area by one of the front windows. Small lower seating area at the back with sports TV. No real ale from the two handpumps (one with a reversed Tetleys Cask clip) unfortunately, so I had to resort a quick pint of John Smiths Smooth (£2.50). Overall, although busy, one can't help feeling that is should be so much better.

The Three Legs looks quite nice from the outside and it is pretty much unaltered inside.
On the down side there is no real on here only John Smiths smooth so i had a Guinness.
Most of the customers in here were irish and the pub had an irish feel to it.
I wont be visiting this pub again.
