peter ashworth left this review about The Myrtle Tavern
Originally called the Myrtle Inn, the pub is entered through a porch to a slightly raised area where you then drop down a few steps to the bar area passing through a series of stone arches which split the room into two,and as you face the bar there is a small room further to the right. The Landlady and locals were friendly enough and there was 4 cask beers to choose from of which i opted for Bateman's Colonel's Whiskers which was a black and tan beer and quite a decent pint.
