Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Miners Arms
Thankfully reopened since my previous visit to Morley, the place has been refurbished in an unfussy way in the staple-shaped bar, side pool room and elevated rear dining room with another pool table. Also has some wooden benches out on the front patio and there is a new children's play area at the back. Basic menu. Three real ales on offer: Tetley's Cask, Leeds Pale (£2.90, with the train ticket discount!) and Landlord.

Friendly traditional local not to far from the station. On entry the bar faces you with a room to the right that houses a pool table and dart board, and to the left a raised area just around the corner with standard furniture. There was 3 cask beer pumps but only 2 operational.Although close to the station there is a descent of 87 steps to get there plus another 25 to the platform which certainly tested out my 2 new knees.

The Miners Arms is the closest pub to Morley train station but it is at the top of a very steep hill.
This pub has been opened out inside and been done up but this is not really to my taste.
There were no real ales on here only John Smiths smooth crap so i had a Guinness which was ok.
