Old Boots left this review about Hare & Hounds
Probably the only Victorian building in an undistinguished street of new build, inside has been mildly buggered about with but it’s not too bad. A thirties entrance to the gents survives. Tartan carpet throughout with slate tiles around the counter, reddish and cream colour scheme, banquette seating one end, daft modern at the other. Up a step or three to the rear right is more seating in a large back room. The front room has an L shaped counter with a quad T-Bar and solos facing front, three pulls and a quad on the other short face. Beers from Taylors and Black Sheep on two, nowt on the third, quality average. I could live without the Elvis soundtrack as well.
