A multi space pub in the centre of the village just across the road from the Gascoigne Arms. Injudicious wall removal has left a strange collection of areas. Entering through an odd vestibule there is a counter in front with a space on the left and another smaller, more separated one to the right. Beyond through what may have been a previous rear wall are an awkward shaped bar with another space off to the left. The front counter has an hex T-bar of usual suspects while the rear section has a quad plus three hand pulls. One unclipped, with Taylors Landlord on one and Abbeydale Moonshine in good condition on the third. Odd banquettes with the back and seat separated plus wooden tables and wheel back chairs as furnishing. Floral wallpaper or exposed stone and light grey painted woodwork with limited but tasteful pictures and an industrial carpet or laminate for flooring as decor. Peculiar type of place with a faintly odd smell.
