Surprised to see a little Black and White Donnington Brewery sign above the door.
The latest addition to their estate.
A fine coaching house dating from 1510. Multi roomed, with fires, hotel style "poshness".
The BB, SBA and Gold all on. All up to their usual standard.

Choice of beers adequate. Beers kept reasonably well. Comfy seating. Great staff. Bad point? Great big TV in bar which magnetises attention.
Biggest plus point here though is undoubtedly the food. Quite why this hasn't a couple of Michelins (even for its lunch time menu) is a mystery. IMHO this is the best kitchen in Worcestershire and the food is so well prepared, cooked and presented.
