The Washington Inn was a decent looking back street pub that was just off the city centre.
Once inside there were a couple of rooms and i had a drink in the bar which was fairly basic but a decent enough room,this pub was a Banks's tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of banks's bitter and this was a very nice drink the othe beer was Banks's mild.
Sadly this pub has now closed down and it has been converted into private accomommodation.
