A pub I have used many times over the years. It still remains a decent pub if nothing special. I enjoyed a good pint of Brains SA Gold on my last visit. I always include it in a crawl round Worcester - perhaps for old times sake!

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Horn & Trumpet
Routine Marston's pub, albeit not quite what it initially seems, because the larger side bar - with pool table - isn't part of the of the original building. Apart from that, this and the front bar have both been given a semi-modern makeover which doesn't exactly jar, but is still disappointing given the heritage façade. Anyway, beer-wise, just Banks's Amber (£1.99) and Hobgoblin Gold available from the various handpumps on both counters.

A curious old building, with what appears to be the original pub part in front and a large lean-to covering the yard behind giving the appearance of a hall. The walls are decorated with a goodly selection of pump clips, however the only draught beers on offer were from the wider Marstons range and that sampled only in average condition. To the rear is a pool table and a dart board (if you fancy some furniture shifting), with a small outdoor yard at the back. Could be much better.
