On September the 4th 2016, last orders will be called at the Brandy Cask. The pub is closing for good. There are plans to convert the building into flats.

By far and away the best pub in Pershore. 3 beers brewed in the micro brewery and usually 2 guest beers , not the usual doombar and hobgoblin, from small micro breweries around the country. the pub itself could do with updating but not to much. the pub also has one of the best beer gardens I have ever drunk in stretching all the way down to the river. If you visit Pershore this place is a must.

A proper traditional pub, built in the 1700's, now with its own microbrewery in an out-building at the rear. We called in on Saturday lunchtime, where we were met by a bunch of friendly locals, who instantly made us welcome, the pub owner included.
The pub consists of the main bar in the middle section, a dining area partitioned off on the left. There was also a comfortable lounge area on the right and a long and narrow garden leading down to the river, with some seating areas.
Five ales on handpump on our visit, three from the Brandy Cask Brewery and two guest. We went for the Brandy Cask, Brandy Snapper, Whistling Joe and John Baker. One beer was just as good as the other so we spent some time here.
Another brilliant bonus was one of the locals gave us a lift back to the station, to save us the long walk back, a double bonus.
