Oggwyn Great left this review about The Star
Strange one this , a real ale pub/chinese resturant . You enter into what would have been the snug , it has bench seating an old fireplace and a pile of magazines , its the waiting area for the takeaway , to the left is the bar , the bar back is old and quite ornate , the walls are adorned with old navy swords and some naval memrobilia further on is a large extension which houses the resturant . 3 handpulls with Hobsons Best , Shropshire Gold and Butty Bach which was exellent . Its a bit weird here but i like it
