Fairly grand for a Spoons with some of the old internal hotel features retained like the solid mahogany revolving door and anaglypta borders. Tidy views over the valley from the garden. Three guest ales, although one of those was GK OSH (!) so in reality it was two. My first choice of the Adnams Xmas beer poured cloudy but was exchanged with good grace for a good pint of Sharps Sea Fury (NBSS 3.5). Sloppiness extended to the kitchen, my breakfast halloumi was charred and had clearly been dropped in the pit as it had many charcoal bits on it and I got a fried egg rather than a poached one. A shame, as this is a lovely Spoons and if run properly would have been worthy of a much higher score - but you can only judge what's presented to you on the day.

Very large and imposing spoons on the main road through Malvern. We called in for breakfast and that was fine. 4 guests on plus the usual's. Worth a visit.

One of the more interesting architectural Wetherspoons.
Very decent beer - great condition.
Superb beer garden with exceptional views.
All round successful visit.
