A former hotel and village local, now the large Victorian building has been divided between two businesses. It’s no longer an hotel, half the building is a hairdresser’s, the remainder a cafe that sells keg and bottled beer. Nothing of interest, as it’s primarily a tea room, a great shame given the refurbishment which was done to a high standard and made for a decent pub in earlier years. Unless you want an overpriced bottle of warm beer, or a cup of tea with an overpriced snack, it’s not worth the bother.
