Seemingly a haunt for the dregs of Warminster to congregate in. I've also a new affiliation to Craig David after hearing an album's worth while in it.

Very basic pub with central bar and not much in the way of soft furnishings. Large fireplace in the front room was filled with a stack of empty Jagermeister bottles, which pretty much sums up what to expect. Pool table in rear room. Three handpumps on bar but all unused. Could be a good pub, but needs some serious improvement to be worth visiting.

Appears to be little more than a scruffy late-night booze-up venue. Interior fairly threadbare and beaten. The island bar hosted two pumps - Wessex Warrior (was off) and a cider (Thatchers). Cloth eared barman took some explaining to about what an ale was. Frankly wasn’t displeased to find out I didn’t have to linger.
