The Wild Deer was a small basic pub on a very busy road on the edge of the town centre.
This pub was an Arkells tied house and once inside it was fairly small and in need of a spruce up,there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Arkells 3B and this was a decent drink the other beer was Arkells 2B.
