Recently re-opened, this traditional high street boozer feels under-funded and is very shabby around the edges. No real ale, a pungent aroma inside and a huge pile of soggy fag ends on the footpath outside all make it a rather unattractive proposition, though there is a pool table and a juke box for entertainment. While it’s good see any pub open again, this one has a long way to go to get back to an acceptable standard.

I thought this pub was going to be a fizz house it looked very basic from the outside and it still had the Courage cockerel sign outside.
Once inside this small pub it was fairly basic but there was one handpump on the bar and this had Moles Mole Catcher on this drink tasted alright but was slightly too warm for my liking.
