Just had a very average Sunday 'roast', price including dessert, but didn't know the dessert had to be ordered at the same time as the meal. So, when I came to order dessert, I couldn't have it - at least, not without paying full dessert price. I was then shown where the menu says both parts of the meal must be ordered together - yes, it's there, in the tiniest small print. So, (a) why didn't the girl on the till ask me if I wanted the (included) dessert? (b) since I'd technically paid for it, even though I hadn't followed the rules, why couldn't the young man in charge just give us desserts? (c) why did the same young man, the girl at the till and another waitress think that a casual 'sorry about that' was an adequate response in the way of customer service? You get what you pay for. Cheap place, cheap experience.
