There appears to be some confusion over the status of this pub, but I suspect Wakefield CAMRA are a little off the pace. The Wakefield Express 26.09.14 notes that the pub is currently vacant and that plans for residential redevelopment, including demolition, are recommended for approval at the next planning committee meeting.
