A busy bustling pub on our visit, where we just managed to find the last high table and a couple of stools on the right hand side of the bar. The interior in here is a mix of old and a slightly modern refurb with the main area area wrapped in corrugated steel sheets, painted blue and a concentric patterned black and white floor tiles in the main bar area. They have retained a lot of the exposed sandstone walls and a flagstone floor in the front room.
A few good sized screens around the place made it handy for watching the darts with a good pint of Farmers Blonde to hand. They also had Vocation Heart and Soul and TT Landlord on handpump.
