The New Inn is a stand alone stone built pub that is a short walk from Shipley train station, the pub is one of the sort of areas i like to drink in,there are lots of low rise flats and a rundown precinct with a chip shop that was open.
Once inside there is a single L shaped room with the bar on the left side, the room is carpeted and the seating comfy bench type and small stools.
There is a pool table to the right and the TV to the left showing music videos, there was also a larger TV to the right which was not on.
No real ales on the bar,so it was a drink of John Smiths Extra Cold Crap, which lived up to its name.
The pub was empty apart from one other customer on my Saturday dinner visit.
It is nice to see pubs like this still up and running.
