The Kings Arms is a stone built pub that looks a bit like an estate pub from the outside.
Once inside the pub has two separate rooms i had a drink in the lounge which is to the left, this room is oblong shaped carpeted and has comfy bench seating, there were loads of silver trophys so they must be good at something.
There is a separate bar room to the rear which has comfy bench seating and a pool table.
There were pumps on the bar but none clipped,i had a drink of John Smiths Smooth Crap which was a very poor drink.
I thought this was quite a nice well kept and comfy pub just a shame there was not one real ale on the bar.
The pub is very handy for the chippy just down the road, chips with loads of scraps on went down a treat.

Locals pub, in a modernised building with modern interior of two bars, there's pool in the larger rear public bar. Five pulls with none running just a small collection of low end national kegs and a few mundane bottles. Lots of silverware that strangely hasn't walked. There's some nice bench seating, a reasonable arts and crafts fireplace but not much else to recommend it other than an unusual collection of old prints and portraits.
