Old Boots left this review about The Liversedge

A large dining pub up hill from the centre of Liversedge housed in an handsome stone building. A short walk from the Spen Valley Greenway, a former railway line handy to reach the Old Hall in Heckmondwike. A multi-space layout with the majority laid out for dining at tables and chairs, the far left area has taller tables and high chairs for drinkers. To drink there are three T-bars on the dog leg counter giving a choice of mid and low end lagers, ciders and Guinness as usual, there are two unused hand pulls. There are screens but a deathly hush descended shortly after I arrived, not due to me I hope but the lady customers were settling into a bingo game.
