Will Larter left this review about Foxhouse Inn
High up on the moors, a spectacular location when the sun is shining, as it was today. The original building is well hidden by various extensions, so that now it's almost the size of a motorway service station, with about as much character. Two cask beers on, Ossett Yorkshire Blonde and Black Sheep Best. My half of the latter was in decent condition (NBSS 3) and I chatted with a couple of friendly Yorkshiremen, one at the bar who had passed me in his car as I cycled up the hill, and another who came out for a fag break when I was avoiding the interior of the pub. This pub is worth a visit just so you can say you've been.
