A village local made up of several buildings. What looks like it would have been the original pub has "stone trough ales" engraved on the windows, though nothing I could see to suggest which brewery these stone troughs were at. The main room is in two parts, with a smaller room to the left on entering. There were three hand pumps, though the Ossett Blonde pump clip was turned around. This left Leeds Pale and Theakston Best Bitter, the former being ok (NBSS 3).
