Alan Winfield left this review about The White Bear
The White Bear is just up from the New New Inn.
Once inside there is a single oblong shaped room which is carpeted, the seating is comfy bench type and small stools.
There was a decent choice of real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Tetley Cask, which was a decent drink, the other beers were Oakham JHB,Saltaire Blonde and Black Sheep Bitter.
This is a pleasant and comfortable pub to have a drink in.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The White Bear
Comfortable single-bar pub with traditional furniture and decor. Busy on a Saturday evening with a notably good atmosphere. Beer garden to one side. Five real ales on handpump, including Tetley's Cask (£2.85). Worth a visit if in the area.
