Basic boozer, an older building but opened out into a single square room with a central servery. Banquette seating around most of the walls at cast iron based tables, floored with carpets to the side and bare boards in the middle around the servery. Pool table, darts, juke box, screen and machine provide entertainment. There are four handpumps but only one was in use with an average Saltaire Blonde, three triple T-Bars with the usuals but also Tetley keg Bitter. It still has the Tetley signage referred to by Alan Winfield. Down to earth sweary punters but a pleasant landlady/ barmaid. Cash only.

The New Inn is a stone built pub which has Tetley signage outside.
Once inside there is a single square shaped room with the bar facing, the right side is carpeted and has bench seating which is too high for comfort and chairs, which would be the better option to sit on,the right side is bare boarded and has a pool table to the front.
There are four pumps on the bar with three unclipped, this left me with Saltaire Blonde, this was a decent drink.
The pub was fairly busy on my mid Saturday dinner visit.
Nothing special about this pub,but it does real ale, which is a bonus.

The New Inn seems to have reopened for Xmas 2011.
The old plasterwork and signage have gone and there has been a big clean up all around.
