A traditional side street pub, L shaped room with a dining area to the rear. Five handpumps on the bar with just two on the go, Harvey's Sussex Best and Doom Bar, there was a turned London pride clip with the remaining two handles bare.
A nice looking pub but beer choice may deter a further future visit.

A good old school back street boozer with polished timber and cream painted panels, topped off with an ornate shelf, throughout the pub. The bar area faces you and is finished in a rich chestnut coloured timber. The interior is carpeted throughout with a floral patterned old style carpet. Five pumps with four on, London Pride, Harveys Bitter, Longham Blonde and Doombore. Very busy on our visit and the Thai food seems popular with the locals.

With an impressive green United Brewery tiled exterior and United Brewery windows, this is a cosy backstreet pub with a bar area at the front and a small dining area to the rear, where Thai food is served in the evenings. Tables were booked throughout the pub for the evening session.
Plenty of photographs of Shoreham from years gone by adorn the walls and whilst the real ale selection is limited to Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter, Sharp's Doom Bar & Fuller's London Pride, the Sussex Best was actually quite enjoyable. With a few more real ales, this could be a real gem of a pub.
