A good sized pub with a couple of pool tables positioned in the left hand side room, when you enter from the train station side. The interior is bright and modern with all the internal brickwork painted, along with bright colours around the place. I was surprised to see on our visit that every beer keg and handpump had handwritten labels attached with string, pricing each and every beer, good idea in my opinion. Plus a lot of the beers in here were at a reasonable price. Two handpumps, Ringwood Forty Niner and Hobgoblin.

A busy friendly town pub with 3 pool tables sky sports with 2 big screen tv,s. A wide selection of beers wines an spirits. opposite lancing railway station and with a large car park makes visiting this pub easy.
