Strongers . left this review about The Moonraker
The Moonraker is a long basic boozer that has the feel of a shop conversion inside. An L-shaped bar on the left wall supports a standard keg range, Birra Moretti and two hand pumps that were drawing Sharps Doom Bar and Fullers London Pride during a Friday evening visit last year. At the front of the pub on wooden flooring are some high tables and standard tables and chairs run up the right wall into the carpeted rear section of the pub where there is a ping-pong table. Sky sports is advertised, but the televisions at the front and rear of the pub were off in favour of some background music.
This isn’t somewhere I would go out of my way to visit, but £4.50 for burger and chips would have me considering a revisit if passing during dining hours. Although, not with the family because children and dogs are only permitted to sit in the front and rear patio areas.
