Freshly repainted exterior with the Coach and Horses sign hanging above the door but was closed and it looks like it may now be offices or a private dwelling. used to be a reaa
Ply good King and Barnes brewery pub but started to go downhill after Hall and Woodhouse took over King and Barnes brewery.

Good range of beers, Badger, Sussex, Tangle Foot & Hopping Hare on my visit
Seems a local type of pub, not an upmarket food or wine type of place, pleasant enough
As can be seen from photo, was up for sale when I went, so may change, or not
Only 2 stars as nothing really special for me
