Very nice brick frontage but could be so much better inside. Only had Youngs Bitter on hand pull but plenty of lagers available.

This place is looking a bit down at heel with it's threadbare seating and carpet's, but in a way that just adds to it's character. The music was maybe a tad loud and there's a Pool table, darts board and a fruit machine.
The young barmaid was pleasant and friendly, and even the elderly pub dog was most obliging. He moved out the way so we could get to our table without any prompting. In fact we would have just walked around to the other side of the table if he hadn't moved.
The only beer on offer was Young's Bitter. The cider offering was Blackthorn.
