Narrow pub which seems to change its name regularly. The fairly spartan bar reflects the very cheap prices, but sadly only keg beers available. Pool table at rear. There are a few chairs at the front and a small yard at the back.

Oxfords is a long and thin Enterprise owned bar that up until recently went by the name of Oceans. The bar found midway up the right hand wall is bookended by front and rear seating areas. Out the back is a beer yard that houses picnic furniture. There was a TV that was off and some random background music was playing.
The bar is stocked with a keg range that, on my recent Saturday afternoon visit, consisted of Fosters, Heineken and Blue Moon alongside the Meantime Brewery trio of London Lager, Yakima Red and London Pale Ale. Guinness and one of the new Strongbow products were also available. I found the service to be polite, but I found the atmosphere to be sterile. It is not long since a major refurb so maybe this place will develop some character as it is broken in by the good folk of Bognor.
