Fairly typical desi pub with an emphasis on Indian food. There are lots of these places now but it is better than the pub disappearing altogether!
Had a quick Coors and moved on.

Quite a large pub with separate 'L'-shaped rooms on each side of the central entrance; the public bar and pool table / dartboard to the left and a lounge / dining area to the right. Refurbished at some stage in a plain way, but all tidy enough. No real ale, and unfortunately the Banks's Original tap was also non-operational, so had to make do with the John Smith's (£3.00).

A detached 60s looking half rendered and half brick and wood panel. There was a conservatory and patio area.
The interior is open plan around the bar that faces you on entry. The decor is the multi-coloured wall approach in the common white, green, red, Frenchy mustard colours, with some wood panel and differently, a half burnt orange and half white ceiling. Decoration was through a mix of photos and arty pictures. The music was rock and quite loud, so better than the average tosh you get. There was Sky TV and long bench tables, that were a little different. Service was very friendly, the clientele small and quiet.
Beer; all keg with an OK Banks's MILD. There was no real ale, but a couple of handpulls were there, one with an Abbot clip turned around.
Sadly, with no real ale and a generic interior the place didnt have enough to make me want to return, but happy enough to have popped in.
