A large detached common-styled Banks's 1960s estate pub, in undressed brick, with patio and kids' play area.
The interior had a couple of rooms that i could tell, but the lounge/function room was all in darkness and there were just a few locals in the bar room. The bar room is in white walls and ceiling with a bit of coffee as well, with a red tile and carpet floor. There are red leather perimeter seats and some stools a proper bar room - with two pool tables and a dart board. The service was fine and there was ESPN on (the box balancing on one of the pool tables) with the footy match. A few Banks's pictures illuminated the walls. There was no music.
Beer; tap stuff with Banks's MILD and bitter on electronic cask. The bitter was fine.
It was so quiet here, so little shock that it is up for sale, but still has more character than the Moseley Park up the road.
