This is a terraced corner pub with a small outside area. The pub is, i think, in white, with brown paintwork and a red foundation layer. I say, i think, as most of the exterior is covered by banners advertising cheap beer, it is difficult to say. What is left does look a little tired. The interior is a large L-shaped room running past the serving bar. It has been done out recently. It is in red and white, with a mix of carpet and wood flooring. The old fireplaces are still there, but without fires! Asian art decorates the walls, with the odd Wolves picture. There is a dart board and pool table at one end and at the other, a food area for the curries and breakfasts they do. A few TVs, showing cricket and Vintage TV were on the walls. The service was fine and it was busy with a mixed clientele. Beer; no real ale, all keg - with quite an array and cheap - £1.75 a pint. We had the Highgate MILD, but it was off and changed immediately for a Davenports Bitter. Having been refurbished it is the most comfortable of the local pubs, but lacks a real ale for my taste
