Work has started on transforming the former British Oak pub in Wolverhampton into two three-bedroom luxury flats.

This pub has been closed for a good couple of years. It is now in a sorry state, with smashed windows and a rear wooden extension was torn down, leaving some old sofas to rot. The future isn't bright.
