Now demolished - a car sales place stands in its place (a small part of the building survives as a part of the sales room.

A half brick, half white rendered corner pub.
The interior has an open plan bar, with pool and darts, as well as a function room. It has suffered from successive gaffers really, looking a bit shabby inside, with ripped seats etc. There are a few TVs. The decor is white and yellow, with a few trophies and things, but it does look spartan. The service was friendly, with just a couple of people in.
Beer; just tap stuff, with a decent enough Banks's MILD.
The other neighbouring pubs are closed and this place still seems a bit lifeless. Cant say i would go out of my way to go.

The Black Horse is a large pub on a busy main road to the south of the centre of Bloxwich.
Once inside i went into a largish room that was decent enough,this was a Banks's tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Banks's mild and this was a decent drink the other beer was Banks's bitter.
